Introduction to Meditation Workshop

Have you always been interested in trying meditation but not sure where to start? Perhaps you’ve sat down to meditate but you find yourself getting caught up with thoughts or planning what you need to get done that day?
Well, I’m here to make meditation easier.  
With everything going on right now meditation is needed more than ever! It can help to calm the mind, ease anxiety and allows us to gain a little more clarity. Why not make the upcoming lockdown a little more positive and easeful and give meditation a try with my free taster session on the 8th November at 6 pm.
In this session, I will introduce you to meditation, explain the benefits and lead you through a simple practice to start you on your meditation journey. We’ll be practicing on zoom so sign up using the link in my bio and I’ll send you the details.
If you can’t join us live then don’t worry, simply sign up and you will receive a recording of the session to do in your own time.
