Soulful Sound Sundays

The perfect way to spend a Sunday morning!
I’m collaborating with The Hub on Verulam to bring you Soulful Sound Sunday on the 17th September for a morning of relaxation and delicious food.
We’ll start at 10am with a detoxifying drink before settling into their luxury Box Cinema, think plush huge seats, where I will begin by leading you through some breathwork to soothe the nervous system. Then, after a gentle meditation, we’ll relax even further with a gorgeous crystal SoundBath. You’ll be left feeling calmer, grounded and super relaxed.
After our session together we then get to enjoy a delicious brunch with barista coffee and orange juice from the brilliant chefs at The Hub.
