Online Winter Solstice Workshop

Monday 20th December 7pm - 9pm / Online via Zoom

Join me to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

Give yourself Time and Space for Reflection, Rest, and Ease.

As we near the shortest day of the year, let’s come together to celebrate the return of the light!
As the sun stands still in the sky, we’ll take time in silence and candlelight for space and reflection.
It’s the perfect time to come together as the year draws to an end to reflect on all that’s been and how we want to move forward into 2022.

It’s also a great opportunity to take time out just for you, for stillness, reflection and recharge before the Christmas holidays really begin.

In this candlelit, silent Yin/ Restorative practice, we will take the time to be in complete stillness and silence. I will guide you into the poses and guide you into deep relaxation. This is your time.
Towards the end of the practice, we will sit in a guided meditation, to help find our hearts desires for the coming year, finishing with a short period for journaling and reflection

I invite you at home to create a ritual to burn and release all you’d like to let go of in 2021 and we will set our hearts intentions for a positive 2022!

The winter solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year and the official start of winter.

The darkest night invites us to fully turn our awareness inwards, to dive deep into the depths of our beings, and shed light on the places we have perhaps forgotten or neglected. Like a tree that is shedding its leaves, we too have the opportunity to shed what no longer serves us. It is a wonderful time to reflect on the year; acknowledging how far we have come, how we have grown and evolved, and what still needs nurturing and tending to.

It is a wonderful time opportunity to slow down, rest, and gently fall into a greater state of being rather than doing.

You will need:
-A warm cosy space (find a room, close the door and turn off your phone)

-Some crystals,
