Come and join me for an evening of celebration. The Summer solstice is the longest day of the year, when the sun is highest in the sky and at it’s most powerful in the Nothern Hemisphere, providing us with the most sunlight, and this year it auspiciously falls on International yoga day!

We will start with a gentle flow to open our bodies and arrive on arrive on our mats.  Turning inwards and slowing down we will move into a soothing candlelit Yin Practice. We will end sitting together in stillness, with a joyful gratitude Meditation.

We will honour the change of seasons outside and also importantly within. We will take the time to plant the seeds of our intentions for the coming summer, enabling us to move forward, with inspiration, energy and joy!
