At 10.30am, we’ll start our day with a revitalising welcome drink at The Box Cinema. Next, I’ll lead you through a series of claiming and grounding sessions, including serene breathwork to calm the nervous system, a meditation to establish intentions, and an immersive sound voyage with Crystal Bowls—all with the simple goal of helping you reach a state of profound relaxation and serenity.

To conclude this rejuvenating experience, we’ll enjoy a sumptuous brunch featuring barista-crafted coffee and freshly pressed orange juice, all covered in your ticket cost, of course!
