Relax, Restore, Renew January Workshop

Take some time out to regulate your nervous system and find some peace with my next Relax, Restore, Renew workshop.

Not only that, you will also learn tips and techniques to calm both body and mind and release stress and anxiety.

January is an exciting time of the year. We’ve moved past the buzzing excitement of the holidays and are anticipating the full extent of 2024’s busyness, so now can be the perfect time for some rest, relaxation, and regulation.

Our nervous system is a highly complex part of our bodies that controls complex processes such as movement, thinking and memory, as well as playing a vital role in things we do without thinking such as breathing and blinking. Our nervous system affects every area of our health, so it’s important we give it a little TLC from time to time!

With stress, anxiety and depression at an all-time high, many of us are living with a dysregulated nervous system. It has been shown that a dysregulated nervous system can have a profound effect on our bodies, from chronic stress and burnout to illness and chronic pain.

In this 4 hours workshop we will explore some great tools to help soothe our minds, bodies and souls, helping us to feel calmer and refreshed

We will be focusing on how to regulate our nervous system in my next Relax, Restore, Renew, helping us to sleep better, to digest better and to feel calmer.

Our 4 hours together will start with very gentle flow moving into stillness, with a yin and restorative practice to help us leave the outside world behind and settle into practice. Following this we will use breathwork techniques to help us calm and regulate our nervous system more, plus some acupressure stimulation. We will wrap things up with a deeply soothing Crystal Soundbath and then some tea and Cake!

Moving deeper and deeper into stillness, these practices are all phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental, and energetic systems leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal. You can continue to use the mediation and breathwork we do during our time together at home to help you regulate your nervous system further.

Everyone is welcome, and adaptions can be given to make the practices suitable for all.
