Relax, Restore, Renew Half Day Retreat

Sunday 21st May, 2pm-6pm / Studio 33 in Ellensbrook

Do you feel like life is moving too fast? Are you caught in the ‘BUSY’ trap? Like you need some time for stillness?!

Would you like to learn how to find more space and practice techniques to calm both body and mind and release stress and anxiety?

Come and take some deep rest and time for yourself, allowing yourself time for this healing space. You will leave feeling like you have had a lovely massage, a deep sleep and feel the benefits for days. I will lead you in a blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation ending with a powerful Yoga Nidra and Crystal Soundbath.

Moving deeper and deeper into stillness, these practices are all phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental, and energetic systems leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal.

Our 4 hours together will start with a gentle flow and restore to help us leave the outside world behind and settle into practice. A Yin practice will follow as we start to move to stillness. After a break of tea and cake, we’ll move into even deeper relaxation with a Restorative practice and meditation before ending with a Crystal Soundbath, aiding even deeper levels of relaxation.

JESS HORN
Yoga and Meditation Teacher

Jess is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Teaching classes, Workshops and Leading Retreats across the world, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Teachers Mentor.

She has been practicing for over 20 years and has found it to be an empowering, transformational and supportive practice and is passionate about sharing the tools that support her, with others.

She’s particularly interested in teaching meditation, movement and mindfulness which she feel’s is so necessary to help deal with the challenges of modern living.

Jess skillfully provides a space where everyone feels comfortable, and can challenge them selves safely, whether they are complete beginners, or more experienced yogis.

Jess has been featured several times in Yoga Magazine, OM magazine and collaborates regularly with YogaMatters.
