Sunday 1st December 2024, 2pm to 6pm / Studio 33 in Ellensbrook
Carve out your own sanctuary of calm amidst the upcoming seasonal rush!
Get ready to regulate your nervous system and find some peace with my next Relax, Restore, Renew workshop!
As the holiday season approaches, life begins to speed up with festive plans, family gatherings, and year-end responsibilities pulling us in every direction and often leaving us feeling stretched thin and overwhelmed.
That’s why now, more than ever, it’s vital to take a step back, pause, and carve out some precious time for yourself.
In this 4-hour Relax, Restore, Renew workshop, we will be focusing on how to soothe our stressed-out nervous systems, helping us to feel calmer and refreshed.

“Amazing workshop, I felt the benefits for weeks afterwards” – Rhona
Another review from the previous Relax, Restore and Renew:
“Jess is encouraging and has a very soothing voice to listen too, making relaxing much easier. ” – Eleanor
Our 4 hours together will start with very gentle flow, moving into stillness. Then we’ll ease into a yin and restorative practice to help us leave the outside world behind and settle into practice.
Following this we will use breathwork techniques to help us calm and regulate our nervous system more, plus some acupressure stimulation. We will wrap things up with a deeply soothing Crystal Soundbath and then some tea and Cake!
These practices are all phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental, and energetic systems, leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal.
Everyone is welcome, and adaptions can be given to make the practices suitable for all.
