A New Year’s Retreat, from your home with Breathing Tree and Jess Horn Yoga

Join us to welcome in 2021 and set the tone for a Joyful and Positive 2021!
On the 3rd of January,
Join Rebecca and Jess as they join forces to give you a treat of an afternoon Retreat!
4 blissful hours, just for you, to journey inwards, finding Stillness and Space.
It’s in the Stillness and Space that we can find the magic, awakening to our intuition and hearts wisdom.

We will Move, Breathe, Meditate and set our intentions for the coming year.

Time and Schedule:

2pm – 3pm : Gentle Yoga flow to arrive and open up the body to breathe

3pm – 5pm: Breath Session

5pm – 5.40pm : Meditation and Intention Setting

5.40pm – 6pm : Grounding Yoga Nidra

YOU’LL NEED: a good internet connection, a yoga mat, some cushions and a blanket, pen and paper.

Set up your area, warm and cosy where you won’t be disturbed.

You might like to light a candle and create a small altar, some flowers or crystals.
