Awakening Your Inner Joy

Are you yearning for more moments of genuine happiness and fulfillment in your life? Have you found yourself caught in the whirlwind of daily demands, longing to reconnect with a sense of inner peace and joy?

If so, I invite you to join me for a transformative half-day retreat dedicated to “Awakening Your Inner Joy.”

For many of us, reconnecting with the childlike wonder and awe that once filled our days can be hard. Sometimes, all we really want is to go back to the simpler days: a time when joy flowed effortlessly and life was filled with boundless possibilities. So, how about we do just that?

In this immersive half-day retreat, we’ll dive into the heart of what it means to reclaim our innate sense of joy and wonder. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can leave behind the worries and busyness, and instead, immerse yourself in practices that nourish your spirit and awaken your soul.

Through transformative yoga tools like breathwork, journaling, mantra, and movement, we’ll gently unravel the layers that have obscured your inner joy.

I am delighted to host a retreat for you this very special afternoon at my home studio, Studio 33. We will work with yogic tools including Breath, Journaling, Mantra and mudra, Movement, and Rest.
 

Yogic sages knew, long before scientists proved, that our brains our pliable, and that we have the power to change our behaviour, and create new neural pathways. We can learn to focus on positive emotions, that will ultimately raise our vibration. We are going to look at practical ways we can invite more joy into each and every moment.

I have designed this day to give you Space to reconnect to the Ananda Shakti, the inner joy, and contentment that is our natural state.

And we can discover and remember to remind ourselves how to move through challenging times with more ease and grace.

9am Welcome and intention setting

9.15am – 10.30am Flow Yoga – Connect with Inner Joy

10.30am – 11am Joy Meditation and Relaxation

11am – 11.30pm Tea & cake break
