The retreat will begin on Friday evening with a welcome class followed by a delicious dinner. Jess will then lead you through two classes on the Saturday in the sacred yurt yoga space. She will offer a long morning class to align to body and breath followed by breakfast.
During the day there will be plenty of time for walks, massage treatments or curling up with a good book. There will be a delicious healthy lunch and the group will meet again for a late afternoon practice to delve deeper into the postures.
Jess will also weave daily healing sound baths into the schedule with her magical crystal bowls! You’re in for a treat.
Arrival time on Friday 18 November 2022 will be from 4pm. Departure on Sunday will be at midday after morning yoga, and brunch.
