Accredited by Yoga Alliance
This 50-hour intensive YTT will not only teach you how to teach Yin Yoga — including modifications and contraindications and full break down of poses and sequences — but also equip Yoga teachers like you with a much deeper understanding of the Nervous System (NS).
You’ll also learn how to help your students balance and regulate their NS through the tools of Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and specific accupressure points with Yoga tune-up balls.
In a world where we encounter more and more outside stimulation, this training will help Yoga teachers be experts in guiding their clients to soothe and calm their inner landscape.

About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that works on both body and mind. By holding poses for longer and working with the deep tissues of the body, Yin creates space, release, and balance.
Here are some of the key benefits of Yin Yoga:
- Releases tension & improves mobility – by gently working into the connective tissues and joints
- Supports the nervous system – inviting calm, stillness, and a sense of ease
- Supports the Immune system – helping the body to naturally rest and restore
- Balances body & mind – helping us let go of stress and restore inner harmony
- Builds resilience & wellbeing – through slowing down and tuning in
- Encourages mindfulness – offering time to listen, reflect, and reconnect
- Yin is an antidote to modern living and a bridge between more active practices and Meditation
When everything in our lives constantly asks us to do more, Yin Yoga teaches us how to soften, to pause, and to return to ourselves — creating profound transformation both on and off the mat.

“Signing up to the Ignite yoga teaching training was, and this is no exaggeration, the greatest gift I have ever afforded myself. It has been an incredible journey; I have learned more than I could have hoped for, made friends for life and feel ready to be a yoga teacher. I expect there will be a few bumps in the beginning, as I move from the comfort of being a student yoga teacher to a professional, but the container Jess & Emma have created is very special. I know I’ll continue to be supported both by them and the other people in my group and I’m not sure how many other training programmes you could say that about.
There are so many elements in this course which I never for a second thought I would be pulled towards or had considered in any depth and now can’t imagine my daily practice without them. I had been following Jess on Instagram for months, disappointed that she didn’t offer a teacher training, so when she and Emma launched Ignite I think I was the first one to apply!
I live in France so it hasn’t been easy flying over each month to attend the training weekends, and the travel expenses probably cost as much as the course itself, if not more. So, if anyone was going to have doubts, as to the overall worth, it would be me…. but there are no doubts, no regrets, only huge thanks and gratitude. To Jess and Emma for being the teachers I had hoped for, and so much more, and to me for valuing myself highly enough to take that leap of faith and make the biggest personal growth investment I have ever committed to.”

“Nothing short of life-changing, I signed up for Ignite yoga teacher training with no intention to teach – I just felt called to the offering by Jess and Emma, to deepen my practice and love of yoga. Every weekend spent with my fellow trainees was a complete joy: learning, laughter and just life-affirming.
As it turns out, all thanks to Jess and Emma’s skill and passion in creating and delivering this training, I fell in love with teaching!
Ignite is unique in that teaching practice is woven throughout the 10-month course in a completely natural way, so that when you finish you are confident and fully able to start teaching your own classes and students straight away.
Thank you, Jess and Emma, for igniting my passion for teaching and sharing the gift of yoga 🫶🏻🙏🏼”
