Yin Yoga and Breathwork – 50 hr YTT with Jess Horn Yoga
THE YIN SIDE
8th to 11th October 2026 at Studio 33
Accredited by Yoga Alliance
This 50-hour intensive YTT will not only teach you how to teach Yin Yoga — including modifications and contraindications and full break down of poses and sequences — but also equip Yoga teachers like you with a much deeper understanding of the Nervous System (NS).
You’ll also learn how to help your students balance and regulate their NS through the tools of Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and specific accupressure points with Yoga tune-up balls.
In a world where we encounter more and more outside stimulation, this training will help Yoga teachers be experts in guiding their clients to soothe and calm their inner landscape.

About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that works on both body and mind. By holding poses for longer and working with the deep tissues of the body, Yin creates space, release, and balance.
Here are some of the key benefits of Yin Yoga:
- Releases tension & improves mobility – by gently working into the connective tissues and joints
- Supports the nervous system – inviting calm, stillness, and a sense of ease
- Supports the Immune system – helping the body to naturally rest and restore
- Balances body & mind – helping us let go of stress and restore inner harmony
- Builds resilience & wellbeing – through slowing down and tuning in
- Encourages mindfulness – offering time to listen, reflect, and reconnect
- Yin is an antidote to modern living and a bridge between more active practices and Meditation
When everything in our lives constantly asks us to do more, Yin Yoga teaches us how to soften, to pause, and to return to ourselves — creating profound transformation both on and off the mat.

“The 4-day training with Jess was amazing! Super clear, supportive, and fun. I learned so much and would totally recommend it to anyone thinking about joining a Yinside Training – you’ll leave inspired and confident!”

“I recently completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga course with Jess Horn.. it was a truly enriching experience. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable and created a calm, supportive space that made it easy for me to relax and learn. The course content was well-structured, blending theory and practice beautifully, I really enjoyed the Yin philosophy and the breathwork section. What I appreciated most was how it encouraged self-reflection and a deeper connection with my own body and nervous system. At the end of the training I felt more grounded and mentally clear. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone, I teach Pilates and this course has added depth to my practice.”
