Yoga retreat on magical Mallorca, Balearic Islands 2026
19th - 26th September 2026 / Mallorca, Balearic Islands
Escape with me to the sun-drenched shores of Mallorca and indulge in a week of yoga, breathwork, nature, and reset.
We’ll wake each day gently, practice in a beautiful shala, explore quiet beaches and olive groves, and end our evenings with a crystal sound-bath under the stars. It’s the perfect way to slow down, reconnect, and return to a place of ease and joy.

Finca Sanau is an authentic Mediterranean-style villa, close to the charming village of Porreres in the south of Mallorca. The property is set in stunning gardens which naturally create their own private spaces and corners ideal for resting, meditating, or reading in a hammock to the sound of running water from the fountains, or the birdsong at sunset.
The Finca offers space to be, comfortable bedrooms, a terrace for al fresco meals, a jade coloured swimming pool, and a palm tree courtyard leading to the light and airy yoga space.

Retreat Programme
There will be two yoga classes each day in the light-filled, fully equipped yoga space.
Each day will begin with a morning class of meditation and an energising flow to gently open the body and attune the mind to the breath. The classes will be suitable for all levels and yoga experience.
The afternoon class will be a more restorative class to delve deeper into the postures.
Between yoga classes there will be the chance to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, walk to the local village, head out to the beach, or simply rest and relax and take a massage. During the week there will be one yoga free day, on this day a boat trip will be offered to explore the stunning coastline.

Things to Do
The peaceful and beautiful location of the Finca is only a 30 minute drive from the airport and cosmopolitan Palma. The property is also ideally placed to enjoy south Mallorca’s best beaches such as Es Trenc, Es Carbo and Cala Sa Nau, all a short drive away. Hiring a car is a great idea if you want to explore this beautiful island.
The Finca is situated 2km outside of the charming village of Porreres, a walk away and perfect for a coffee in the square. There’s also a lovely walk up the hill from the Finca to the Monastery of Monti-Sion, perfect for morning meditation.
This authentic Mallorcan house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with many different places to sit inspired by the beauty of nature in a magical atmosphere, ideal to restore balance to mind, body and spirit. There are many terraces around the house and the pool where you can relax alone or within the company of the group.

The Accommodation & Food
The interior of the house is bathed in natural light, the style is simple but warm, tasteful and welcoming.
There are single, double and twin bedrooms to accommodate all. Some with en suite bathrooms and others with bathrooms shared between two rooms.
Throughout the day you will be offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast after morning yoga, a light lunch, and after evening practice, dinner on the terrace, prepared with the freshest seasonal, locally-sourced fruits and vegetables.
The Finca grow their own ecological vegetables and fruits, cold press their own olive oil and harvest the fresh eggs from our own free range chickens. Truly embracing the Mallorca lifestyle.

Client Reviews
“A superb week in every respect: the yoga, venue, location, fab food, lovely group! It left me feeling restored, my body awakened. I’m already looking forward to a repeat in Mallorca.”
“A recent yoga retreat with Jess Horn was enhanced by her teaching, based on her deep and wide knowledge of yoga and meditation, and by her attentiveness to each individual’s issues, both medical and any personal goals of developing an insightful practice. Her teaching is very focussed and well planned; challenging yet calming and relaxed. Her open heart and throaty laugh are infectious and makes working with her both nurturing and joyful.”

“What an amazing week! If I’d had to leave after the first day it still would have been worth the journey. Jess and Ruby held a calm yet energising space and were very present for the group throughout the week.”
