September Yin & Soundbath Workshop | Gratitude 2025

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of Yin Yoga and Sound, where we’ll take time to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters.

With Positive Thinking Day the following day, this special session will centre on gratitude — a simple yet powerful practice that can shift our perspective, lift our spirits, and invite more joy into our daily lives.

Jess Horn, of Jess Horn Yoga, uses crystal sound bowls, drums and various other calming instruments for one of her yin and soundbath sessions to help the mind and body enter a deeper meditative and relaxed state.

This evening is about creating space and time to allow your nervous system to switch off and rest as you release tension and create space in both body and mind. As we move through stillness, you’ll be guided to reflect on the things you’re thankful for, no matter how big or small.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — with a renewed sense of appreciation for yourself and the world around you.

Through gentle, meditative poses, you’ll soften tension in the body, calm the mind, and ground yourself in the present moment.

The soundbath will guide you deeper into relaxation, allowing the soothing frequencies to nurture you and creating a sanctuary where you can fully rest, recharge, and renew your energy.
