Relax, Restore, Renew Half Day Retreat Workshop

Would you like to learn how to find more space and practice techniques to calm both body and mind and release stress and anxiety?

Well join me for the special extended version of my Relax, Restore, Renew workshop. One of my most popular workshops that I have been running for many years has just got even better! This half day retreat will take all the usual elements from my Relax, Restore, Renews workshop, but you have extra time to truly deeply relax with extended practices and Crystal Soundbath.

Come and have a boost for your health and immune system, take some deep rest and time for yourself before the Christmas rush. You will leave feeling like you have had a lovely massage and a deep sleep and you will feel the benefits for days.

Our 4.5 hours together will start with a gentle flow and restore to help us leave the outside world behind and settle into practice. A Yin practice will follow as we start to move to stillness. After a break of tea and cake, we’ll move into even deeper relaxation with a Restorative practice, meditation before ending with a Crystal Soundbath.

Moving deeper and deeper into stillness, these practices are all phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental, and energetic systems leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal.

Everyone is welcome, and adaptions can be given to make the practices suitable for all.

Yoga and Meditation Teacher

Jess is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Teaching classes, Workshops and Leading Retreats across the world, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Teachers Mentor.

She has been practicing for over 20 years and has found it to be an empowering, transformational and supportive practice and is passionate about sharing the tools that support her, with others.

She’s particularly interested in teaching meditation, movement and mindfulness which she feel’s is so necessary to help deal with the challenges of modern living.

Jess skillfully provides a space where everyone feels comfortable, and can challenge them selves safely, whether they are complete beginners, or more experienced yogis.
