Nestled on the side of the Hope Valley in the heart of the Peak District, this former Cattle Shed is now a stylish and contemporary barn conversion with wonderful views of Froggatt Edge and the surrounding valley.
Close to the market town of Bakewell, the magnificent Chatsworth House and the beautiful medieval Haddon Hall there is plenty to explore. The surrounding landscape rolls out in all directions offering climbing ridges and miles of trails, a walker’s paradise.


ACCOMMODATION & VENUE
This luxurious house with underfloor heating throughout offers spacious and comfortable rooms all with ensuite bathrooms. A mix of single occupancy, twin and double rooms, some with terrace views and others with views of the surrounding valley.
Delicious healthy food will be served throughout the retreat. All meals will be vegetarian delights to nourish body and soul.



THE PROGRAMME
Between yoga classes there will be time for you to explore the surrounding countryside with stunning walks of varying length and difficulty right on the door step. On Saturday a guided group hike will be offered.
The famous Monsal cycle trail is closeby if you fancy an adventure on two wheels. The local town of Bakewell is worth a walk around and a visit to Chatsworth House is a must.

If you are looking to take in the landscape at a slower pace there’s a cosy lounge with deep and comfortable sofas and panoramic windows overlooking the breathtaking view.
Massage treatments will also be on offer with a local therapist over the weekend. By night there’s a large deck perfect for star gazing as you gather around the fire pit.

Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Jess is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Teaching classes, Workshops and Leading Retreats across the world, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Teachers Mentor.
She has been practicing for over 20 years and has found it to be an empowering, transformational and supportive practice and is passionate about sharing the tools that support her, with others.
She’s particularly interested in teaching meditation, movement and mindfulness which she feel’s is so necessary to help deal with the challenges of modern living.
Jess skillfully provides a space where everyone feels comfortable, and can challenge them selves safely, whether they are complete beginners, or more experienced yogis.
Jess has been featured several times in Yoga Magazine, OM magazine and collaborates regularly with YogaMatters.
