Relax, Restore, Renew: Deep Winter’s Rest & Rejuvenation
Saturday, 29th November at 2pm - 6pm / Studio 33 in Ellensbrook
The festive season brings so much joy — but it can also leave us feeling too full, scattered, tired, and in need of a moment to simply breathe.
Join me for this special four-hour workshop, a soothing afternoon to help you rest deeply, restore your energy, and renew your inner calm before the busy weeks ahead.
We’ll move gently through restorative yoga and nourishing breathwork, creating space for the body and mind to soften.

“Amazing workshop, I felt the benefits for weeks afterwards” – Rhona
“Jess is encouraging and has a very soothing voice to listen too, making relaxing much easier. ” – Eleanor
During this workshop, we’ll be focusing a little more on breathwork. A powerful, yet gentle way to:
Regulate your nervous system
Ease stress and overwhelm
Boost focus and energy
Support better sleep and emotional balance

These practices are phenomenal ways to help soothe our bodies and encourage deep healing throughout our physical, mental, and energetic systems, leaving you feeling blissed out and creating a profound sense of peacefulness and renewal.
Everyone is welcome, and adaptions can be given to make the practices suitable for all.
