A Women’s Circle: Compassion & Feeling Deeply

Join us for a beautiful evening of connection, reflection, and embodied support — a two-hour Women’s Circle designed to help you reconnect with your inner world and soften into self-compassion.

In this gentle, nurturing space, we’ll invite you to:

Slow down
Breathe deeply
Feel fully
Be held

This is not a space for performance or pressure. This is a space to come as you are.

During this circle, we’ll explore the theme of compassion and allowing ourselves to feel —

without judgment, without numbing, and without overriding our needs.

Together, we will guide you through:

Soothing breathwork to help regulate your nervous system

Journalling prompts to bring your inner voice to the surface

Gentle somatic movement and yoga to connect you to your body

Supportive group sharing, with space to speak or simply listen

You are welcome to share — or simply soak in the presence of others. All participation is optional, and everything is welcome.

So many of us have learned to push through, keep going, and hold it all together — even when our inner world is calling for care, softness, and rest.

This circle is a chance to pause.
To exhale.
To listen inward.
To remember that your feelings are not too much.
And that compassion — for yourself — is not a luxury, but a lifeline.

This circle is for any woman who:

  • Feels disconnected from herself and wants to come home to her body

  • Longs for a deeper relationship with her emotions and inner world

  • Craves a safe space to feel, not just cope

  • Wants to be part of a supportive, nurturing community

  • Is curious about somatic practices, breathwork, or self-compassion

No previous experience with yoga or coaching is needed. Just bring your beautiful, honest self.

Your Hosts

Jess Horn, Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Jess is a Senior Yoga Teacher, teaching workshops and leading retreats across the world, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Teachers Mentor.

Practicing for over 20 years, she has found it to be an empowering, transformational and supportive practice and is passionate about sharing the tools that support her in living a more Empowered and Conscious life, with others

Grace Lillywhite, Therapeutic Coach

Grace Lillywhite is a therapeutic coach. She supports women through life transitions, blending compassionate coaching with her background in women’s health. Grace creates space for clients to reconnect with themselves, process big emotions, and move forward with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
