On this page you’ll find a list of classes I’m currently running.  Most are bookable directly from this page via the “Book Your Place” buttons, whilst others are only available via the venue itself.  In those cases, please visit the venue websites for further details and booking information.

Slow Flow Yoga

New Term Starts 2nd September - 21st October (8 week term)

This 8-week course blends together all of the best parts of yoga!

A slow yet strong alignment-based Flow class to strengthen and energise the body. Physical practice (asana) to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, breathwork to calm and soothe the nervous system and easy, effective meditation techniques to help you with greater clarity of mind leaving calm and serene. This class is suitable for all levels and is done in a safe and friendly environment, in a small group with a senior teacher who will make sure you are learning as you go, giving you options that are suitable for your body and your energy levels!

Come and explore how Yoga can benefit you. Great for those who want to start the week off with more energy and a clear mind!

Pregnancy Yoga

New Term 2019 - 3rd Sept, 10th Sept, 17th Sept, 24th Sept, 1st Oct & 8th Oct (6 week course)

Pre-natal pregnancy has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and to be beneficial to both mother and baby. Over the 5-week course we work with Asana – physical poses adapted to your trimester to help keep you strong and healthy, relaxation techniques to keep you calm. We use breath work, meditation and mantras as tools for a healthy, happy pregnancy and to help you prepare for the birth. All of which help increase your connection to your baby, yourself and your partner.

Drop in Classes are available but are subject to availability and priority will be given to those booking the full course.

Vinyasa Flow

New Term starts 4th September - 23rd October (8-week term)

Energise and Re-charge yourself in this mid week – strong, slow mindful flow! Alignment and breath led yoga. Every class will be different and options will be given to challenge you at your own pace. This will be great for you if you like to move and explore creative flows! I often incorporate Meditation, Pranayama and Philosophy into the class.

Mother & Baby Yoga

from Mar 21, 2019 until Mar 5, 2020

Mother & Baby Yoga has been beneficial to both mothers and babies. We use breath work, asana, and babies benefit with stretches to encourage good digestion and coordination, resulting in calmer mums and babies!

During the classes, we work with gentle stretches to relieve the aches and tightness that comes with being a new mum! We will start to build the strength back from within and learn powerful relaxation techniques to help keep you calm. Mother & Baby Yoga has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and to be beneficial to both mothers and babies.

I couldn’t see myself doing a mum and baby yoga class without Jess as the instructor because of how much I completely trust her guidance. Yin Yoga

New Term starts 6th September - 25th October (8-week term)

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing and yet at times challenging practice! It is floor based, with long passive holds which work on the connective tissue and fascia helping us to release tension held in the physical body which we can’t always get to with our more energetic yoga practices.  By giving ourselves time and space to slow down we can release both physical and mental tension helping to create a more spacious mind and body.

If you’d like to feel calmer in mind and body and like a slower more gentle class this is for you!
