Join me this summer for a ten-part exploration, which will take us beyond our Asana practice and where we will explore yoga through the lens of the 8 limbs.

Each class will include Pranayama, Yogic Philosophy, and Meditation, Flow and Retore and we’ll explore how the Yamas and Niyamas can be applied to help us live better in our modern-day life. Take me with you on your holiday and practice where ever you are!

Perhaps you have been practicing yoga for a while but wish to know more about yoga? Maybe you feel ready to deepen your meditation practice? Would you like to learn more about yogic philosophy and look at how we can apply some ancient yogic wisdom to help us make sense of our modern lives? Maybe you are keen to develop a more regular meditation and pranayama practice.
Asana is a beautiful part of yoga but it’s not by any means the whole picture as it is often practiced in the West and if we practice yoga to the exclusion of the other 7 limbs often we are missing out on the transformational power of Yoga.
