Join me for a gentle and supportive Live Meditation Q&A, where we’ll gather as a community to explore the questions that naturally arise as we develop a meditation practice.

Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have been sitting for years, this session is a space for real conversation, honest sharing, and connection. I’ll guide a short grounding practice to help us arrive, and then open the floor for your questions—anything from “how do I stop my mind racing?” to “how do I create a daily habit that actually sticks?”

We’ll talk about:
