New Term 2019 - 3rd Sept, 10th Sept, 17th Sept, 24th Sept, 1st Oct & 8th Oct (6 week course)
Pre-natal pregnancy has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and to be beneficial to both mother and baby. Over the 5-week course we work with Asana – physical poses adapted to your trimester to help keep you strong and healthy, relaxation techniques to keep you calm. We use breath work, meditation and mantras as tools for a healthy, happy pregnancy and to help you prepare for the birth. All of which help increase your connection to your baby, yourself and your partner.
Drop in Classes are available but are subject to availability and priority will be given to those booking the full course.
