Welcoming Autumn Day Retreat

Sunday, 21st September 2025 at 10am - 5pm / Studio 33

As we say a gentle farewell to the brightness and abundance of summer, we step into autumn — a season of transition, reflection, and gentle slowing down.

There is something deeply special about this time of year. The days begin to shorten, the air turns crisper, and nature invites us to turn inwards, to soften, and to let go of what we no longer need — just like the trees shedding their leaves.

This day retreat is an opportunity to honour this beautiful shift. Together, we will explore ways to move through the changing seasons with more grace, ease, and joy — learning to embrace change rather than resist it.

We’ll spend the day weaving together nourishing practices that support both body and mind:

✨ Slow, grounding yoga and somatic movement to help us root and settle.
✨ Breathwork and meditation to create space for reflection and invite in stillness.
✨ Journalling and intention-setting to connect more deeply with what we wish to carry forward into autumn, and what we’re ready to gently release.
✨ A delicious seasonal vegetarian lunch and time to simply be — resting, connecting, and enjoying the gifts of this moment.
